Online registration is open since March 21, 2012. Promotional rates are offered for early-bird registrations, student registrations, and joint ICBO + FOIS registrations. See overview of registration fees.

Complimentary Registration

Complimentary registrations apply to (1) Keynote speakers for the conference in which their keynote is held, (2) Silver, Gold, and Platinum Sponsors, for both ICBO + FOIS, for the number of people as specified in the sponsoring agreement, (3) one organizer / presenter of a workshop / tutorial (for this workshop / tutorial only), (4) members of the organizing institute (IMI), and (5) interested undergraduate students of Graz universities (limited number, on a first come, first serve basis)

All people interested in and eligible for complimentary registration should send an e-mail with the header: "COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION" no later than May 31st to stefan.schulz [at] medunigraz.at. This e-mail should contain a short justification. It should specify the exact days and events they plan to attend.

Local students and IMI members, by applying for complimentary registration, agree that they may be asked to offer their technical and organizational support in exchange. Further information is provided by the local organizers.

Travel Grants

A limited number of travel grants for the conferences will be available. Interested applicants should send a letter of application by e-mail to ludger [dot] jansen [at] uni-rostock.de before 15 April, using the following application form: [doc] [rtf] [pdf]
